1. Definitions

• "We" / "Us" – Refers to Save Dosh LTD
• "Customer" – The individual placing an order
• "Order" – A transaction request for purchasing goods from us
• "PII" – Personally Identifiable Information, including customer name and delivery address
• "Fulfilled/Dispatched" – An order that has been processed and handed to the carrier
• "Marketplace Source" – Online selling platforms, including Amazon, eBay, etc.

2. Order Fulfillment

We collect and use the following PII solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders:

• Full Name
• Street Address
• City / Town
• Postal Code
• Country

Once the order is dispatched, all PII is deleted from our system within 1 hour.

If the order is cancelled, PII is similarly deleted within 1 hour of cancellation.

We do not use customer information for marketing, analytics, or any purposes beyond order fulfillment and invoicing.

3. Invoicing

Invoices require a temporary request for PII from the original Marketplace Source (e.g. Amazon or eBay). This includes:

• Full Name
• Full Address
• Country
• Order Total

This information is used solely to:

• Generate the invoice
• Calculate tax according to the delivery country

Once the invoice is created and emailed to the customer, both the invoice and associated PII are deleted from our servers within 1 hour.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All PII is encrypted using AES 256-bit encryption
• Data is stored only on secure, access-restricted systems
• No data is ever stored on removable media or offline devices
• We never share, sell, or replicate customer data
• There is no external access to stored data
