Compatibility:

🔴 Please ensure you select accessories that are specifically tailored for your BMS version. These accessories are engineered to work seamlessly only with 100BALANCE BMS and Daly K, M, S New version BMS models. They are not compatible with any other brand.

💍 Real-Time Monitoring:

🧩 The integration of a BMS with Wi-Fi and an LCD display enables customers to monitor battery status both locally and remotely, overcoming distance limitations. This feature provides users the flexibility to check performance in real time, ensuring optimal battery management at all times.

🔁 Multi-BMS Capability:

🔍 For users with multiple BMS units, our system allows parallel connections. Battery status information from these units can be displayed on a clear 4.3-inch LCD screen through a simple switch of the BMS number, making it easy to monitor multiple systems simultaneously. However, please note that the State of Charge (SoC) display is designed to show information from only one BMS at a time.

Heating Module Logic:

🔋 The heating module functionality is crucial for various charging scenarios. With adjustable settings via the PC host, the heating will activate under predefined conditions such as:

• If the minimum NTC temperature is below the heating start temperature and a charger is present, heating will be enabled.
• If the minimum NTC temperature exceeds the heating shutdown temperature, heating will be disabled for charging purposes.
• An abnormal status is detected if heating is on for 15 minutes without a temperature rise of at least 2 degrees; in this case, heating will cease. The system will attempt to reassess heating conditions after a few minutes. Similarly, if heating is active for up to 60 minutes without a 5-degree rise in temperature, heating will again terminate and undergo further evaluation.

🔌 Buzzer Logic:

Our standard buzzer logic provides critical alerts:

• Upon power on or Bluetooth connection, the buzzer will sound for 1 second.
• When parameters are adjusted on the PC host, the buzzer will activate for 1 second.
• Any interruption in voltage, temperature, or current readings, excluding those related to overcharge and MOS protection, will prompt a 1-second buzz.

🛡️ India Norms Logic:

🧩 In adherence to India’s safety regulations, the buzzer will continuously beep in the event of thermal runaway conditions. Should the temperature reach or exceed 60 degrees Celsius, the buzzer will sound for 1 second and then pause for 1 second until the temperature falls below 58 degrees, at which point buzzing will cease.
