To achieve optimal results, follow these welding precautions:

  1. Ensure the welding area is dry, clean, and free of oil stains and oxidation.
  2. Utilize a high-power soldering iron with a temperature range of 350-400°C; consider using pointed horseshoe tips for better heat transfer. For soft pack batteries, a soldering iron starting from 200W is recommended, while larger units may require a soldering iron starting from 500W.
  3. Preheat the area before applying solder; ensure the soldering iron tip is in contact with the metal surface for a few seconds while simultaneously feeding solder to the joint.
  4. Maintain continuous contact with the metal surface during the welding process to achieve a clean solder joint; avoid lifting the soldering iron away from the metal.

🔩 Note: This flux is not suitable for soldering circuit boards or electronic components. Please use it specifically for metal soldering applications.
